Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is best known for her character Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward which is a drama for teens comedy television show. Tarlov was born and was raised in Manhattan, New York, as the younger of two daughters. In the Little Red School House, she started her professional journey with the title Mrs. Peterson at age 10. The show was well received by the seventh graders. Later, she spent the summers in Paris with NYU Tisch's Tisch School of the Arts at Interlochen Center for the Arts. She was trained in a variety of different styles and finally earned her bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Bennington College. The Atlantic Theater Company also trained her and she was able incorporate writing in to her performance in her LAByrinth Theater Masters Class. Molly traded in her black winter jacket to get a pair of black sunglasses and made her way out to Los Angeles. The three words on iCarly immediately caught the attention of her parents. Since then, she has done a variety of TV appearances, and also created the role of Caitlin in Winnie Holzman, Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family series Huge. Molly is a basketball athlete who believes she's more talented than she actually is. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
